Our advanced production lines are built for consistency, efficiency, and quality.
We ensure every display module meets strict tolerance and performance standards.
From SMD mounting to final testing, each step is monitored in real time.
Whether you need 100 or 100,000 units, our capacity scales with your demand
—without compromising on precision or lead time.

Research and Development (R&D)
|
1.Prototyping The process begins with the design and fabrication of the prototype. 2.Sample Testing Upon completion of prototyping, samples undergo testing: ◎If the test result is NG, the process reverts to the prototyping phase for refinement, while simultaneously initiating the "Sample Information Setup" task. ◎If the test result is OK, the process proceeds to Customer Confirmation. 3.Customer Confirmation Samples that pass testing are submitted for customer review: ◎If the customer feedback is NG, the process returns to prototyping, concurrently advancing the Sample Information Setup. If the customer confirms OK, the process moves to Sample Reliability Verification. 4.Sample Reliability Verification This phase involves reliability testing to validate performance and durability: ◎Upon successful verification (OK), the process advances to Trial Production / Mass Production. 5.Trial Production / Mass Production After passing reliability verification, trial production or mass production is initiated. 6.Verification Post trial/mass production, a verification step is conducted: ◎If the outcome is NG, root cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented, with a return to the relevant process phase as needed. ◎If the outcome is OK, the process transitions to Normal Mass Production. 7.Normal Mass Production Once all verification stages are successfully completed, the product enters the stable mass production phase. |

Quality control process
|
The process initiates with the production of finished products, followed by a 100% energized aging test. Thereafter, a 100% production inspection is conducted: ◎If the inspection fails (NG), the process moves to Rework & Analysis & Improvement. Units are scrapped if rework fails, or returned to production if successful. ◎If the inspection passes (OK), FQC sampling is performed (Note: For automotive products, MIL-STD-1916 C=0 Zero Defect Sampling Plan is applied): ◉If sampling fails (NG), a Review and Improve process is triggered. Units are scrapped if improvement fails, or returned to production if successful. ◉If sampling passes (OK), products proceed to Packaging. Upon successful packaging, the process concludes with Inbound & Outgoing. |
